Roca Junyent announces three partner promotions

 Roca Junyent has promoted Sergi Chimenos to equity partner and Javier Vázquez and Rosa Rodríguez to partners.

Chimenos (pictured) was formerly a partner in the public law department. He has extensive experience advising on administrative matters, as well as in urban planning, competition and regulated sectors.

Meanwhile, Javier Vázquez and Rosa Rodríguez were formerly associates. Vazquez has more than 14 years of experience advising clients on matters related to intellectual and industrial property, unfair competition, advertising and image rights.

He also has expertise in the field of sports law, particularly Esports (including championship organisation, teams, audiovisual rights, and image rights) and the videogames industry.

Rodríguez, who has extensive experience in labour and social security law, specialises in collective bargaining and restructuring.
