Latham & Watkins recruits Jesús Miralles de Imperial Roda from Allen & Overy

Latham & Watkins’ Madrid office has recruited Allen & Overy associate Jesús Miralles de Imperial Roda.

Miralles de Imperial Roda (pictured) will be an associate at Latham & Watkins.

He specialises in banking and finance, specifically acquisition and leveraged finance, project and infrastructure development finance, structured finance, syndicated loans, asset financings, distressed debt trading, debt restructurings and bankruptcies.

Miralles de Imperial Roda had worked at Allen & Overy for four years, prior to that he was a lawyer at White & Case in Madrid.
