Roca Junyent advises Sonae Capital on Futura Energía deal
Sonae Capital was advised by Roca Junyent on the acquisition of 100 per cent of the share capital of the Spanish group Futura Energía.
The transaction was valued at around €4.5 million.
The Futura Energía Inversiones group has four subsidiaries: Futura Carbon, Futura Energía and Gas, Futura Green Renewables and Ecofutura Luz Energía.
The Roca Junyent team was led by partner Santi Pagès (pictured), associate Lourdes Amigó de Bonet, and lawyer Aina Teixidor.
