Grupo Julià is participating in a joint venture with City Sightseeing, an international tourist bus brand, and Stagecoach Group, a UK bus operator, with the aim of becoming the leading tourist bus operator in London. In a statement, the tour company has informed that the panoramic double-decker buses will be available on 20 May.

The CEO of Grupo Julià, José Francisco Adell, has stated that “they want to offer the best tourist bus routes in London”. “We are 3 operators of reference in our respective fields of activity and we share the vocation of service, quality and safety as the cornerstones of our performance,” he added.

Specifically, it has been launched a Joint Venture between LCT, City Sightseeing Limited and Stagecoach Bus Holdings Limited, called CROWN SIGHTSEEING LIMITED (hereinafter CROWN), which will manage the operation of different sightseeing bus licences in the city of London owned by LCT. The main agreements signed involved: The capital increase of the company CROWN, wholly owned by LCT, with City Sightseeing Limited and Stagecoach Bus Holdings Limited taking a stake in the share capital, the Shareholders Agreement between the partners of CROWN, the agreement for the transfer of the tourist bus licences between LCT and CROWN, the marketing agreement for the transfer of the brand between LCT and CROWN, and the agreement for the commitment to purchase and sell the tourist bus licences from LCT to CROWN.
