Reclamador.es expands with “Abogados para tus Deudas”

Madrid-based legaltech company reclamador.es has taken a significant step forward in the Spanish legal services sector with the acquisition of “Abogados para tus Deudas,” a Barcelona-based firm specializing in the Second Chance Law.

The acquisition deal, recently signed in Madrid, also marks the entry of IMPACT Partners into reclamador.es’ shareholder structure. IMPACT Partners, Europe’s leading impact investment platform, is contributing not only its expertise but also a €2 million investment to further strengthen reclamador.es’ growth. Reclamador, which in 2024 had a turnover of 5.3 million euros and 73 employees, is owned by Martin Varsavsky (VAS Ventures), the Cabiedes & Partners fund, the Faraday network, Francois Derbaix (founder of Toprural and Indexa Capital), Yago Arbeloa (president of the AIEI), Carlos Blanco (ITnet) and Making Ideas Business (xISDI Venture Club), among others.

Founded in 2012 by entrepreneur Pablo Rabanal, reclamador.es has expanded its legal services over the years, initially focusing on airline claims and later diversifying into banking and municipal tax claims. In 2023, it ventured into the Second Chance Law sector, helping individuals and businesses restructure or eliminate their debts. The acquisition of “Abogados para tus Deudas” enhances its capabilities by adding a specialized team and extensive experience in the field.

“Abogados para tus Deudas” has assisted over 4,000 clients, successfully canceling more than €140 million in debts. Its team of 21 professionals, including lawyers, paralegals, and financial advisors, will continue operating independently while benefiting from the synergies created by joining forces with reclamador.es.
