Pérez-Llorca advises Andros on its entry into El Pastoret’s capital

Pérez-Llorca has advised the French company Andros in its entry into the yogurt manufacturer El Pastoret, thus reinforcing its presence in the Spanish market of premium dairy products.

The Andros Group, a family-owned company, has added the Catalan high-end yogurt company Pastoret to its portfolio. This operation is part of its expansion strategy in the food sector in Spain, following the acquisition at the end of last year of the baby food manufacturer Delafruit, also based in Catalonia.

In previous years, Andros acquired in 2013 the flan firm Dhul and, a year later, the production unit of the Murcian vegetable canning company Probicasa. Currently, the French group has a turnover of more than 3 billion euros worldwide and close to 180 million in the Spanish market.

During the year 2023, Pastoret achieved a turnover of 39 million euros, with an operating result (EBITDA) close to 6 million euros. With this strategic alliance, the company seeks to consolidate and expand its presence in the premium yogurt market in Spain, benefiting from Andros’ support and experience in the sector.

The firm’s team has been formed by Florence Legeay (partner), Juan José Cánovas, Joan Rello, Carlota Martín (associates), Sergi Rossines (legal advisor).
