RCD advises Manina Medtech on closes funding round
RCD advised Manina Medtech with a new financing round to accelerate the industrialisation and clinical validation of Seedchrony, its medical device aimed at improving IVF success rates by assessing uterine readiness for embryo implantation in real time.
Seedchrony is designed to determine whether the uterus is prepared for embryo implantation on the day of transfer.

RCD advised on the transaction, with a team led by Ramon Manyà, reaffirming its ongoing relationship with the company after also advising on its previous seed funding round.
