CMS Portugal advises Bensaude Hotels on Solar das Bouças acquisition
CMS Portugal has advised Bensaude Hotels on the acquisition of Solar das Bouças, a historic estate situated in Amares, in the Braga district of northern Portugal. With more than 30 hectares, Solar das Bouças comprises a manor house, two rural cottages — Casa da Eira and Casa de Montariol — a winery, and 21 hectares dedicated exclusively to the cultivation of local grape varieties, particularly vinho verde. The property represents a significant investment in Portugal’s tourism and wine-producing sectors.
The acquisition reflects Bensaude Hotels’ continued expansion in the Portuguese tourism sector, with Solar das Bouças seen as an asset of considerable potential within the country’s heritage hospitality market, states CMS Portugal.
