RCD Espanyol hires Málaga CF´s legal counsel

Álvaro Gómez de la Vega has left Málaga CF to join RCD Espanyol as head of Sports law

Gómez de la Vega (pictured) joined Malaga Football Cub early last year from Lisbon, where he worked at Schweele Law Office, a Sports law firm with longstanding experience in all entitlements and conflicts deriving from FIFA regulations, to replace Arturo Galván, who left for UEFA.

Álvaro Gómez has represented the Andalusian team in important meetings before the Spanish Football League and in the club´s conciliation acts after the dismissal of their coach Víctor Sánchez del Amo, and now joins RCD Espanyol de Barcelona in a similar position.
