Rank Group instructs CMS on YoBingo deal

CMS advised UK gaming company The Rank Group on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of QSB Gaming Limited, owner of YoBingo.es, a Spanish digital bingo business.

The deal was valued at €52 million.

The Rank Group’s revenue stood at £755.1 million in 2017. It operates in 150 locations and has more than 10,000 employees.

The CMS team in Spain advising on the deal included partners Blanca Escribano and Javier Torre de Silva, and lawyer David Porras Cabellos.
