Ramón y Cajal advises Grenergy Renovables on a capital increase

Ramón y Cajal Abogados has advised Grenergy Renovables on a capital increase excluding pre-emptive subscription rights for a total effective amount of €90m.
Grenergy Renovables is a project developer and independent renewable energy producer that specialises in the development, construction, operation, maintenance and sale of wind and solar photovoltaic generation assets.
The placement of the new shares has been carried out through an accelerated private placement process conducted by Citigroup, CaixaBank, Berenberg and RBC and aimed exclusively at qualified domestic and foreign investors.
The team from Ramón y Cajal Abogados advising Grenergy Renovables was formed by the partners Carlos Lao (pictured left) and Lucía García Clavería (pictured centre) and the lawyer Carlos Jimeno Cacho (pictured right).
