Ramón y Cajal advises Atlantica Yield on MARF listing

Ramón y Cajal advised Atlantica Yield on the registration of its €50 million promissory note issuance programme with Spain’s Alternative Fixed Income Market (MARF).

It is the first time that a NASDAQ company has registered a debt securities programme in the Spanish markets.
