Ramón y Cajal Abogados instructed on STI Norland´s stake sale to Aurica

Ramón y Cajal Abogados advised STI Norland´s seller on selling a minority stake of 41.5% STI Norland’s capital, endowed with €200 million, to Sabadell´s private equity fund, Aurica Capital, through its Aurica III vehicle

Aurica Capital, Banco Sabadell´s private equity manager in the growth capital segment, has announced the investment in Navarre-based company STI Norland, specialized in the design, manufacture and supply of solar trackers and structures for large scale photovoltaic solar energy projects. The parties have not disclosed the amount of the transaction yet.
