Q CELLS hires Legal counsel from ONTIER

Hanwha Q CELLS, a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest photovoltaic manufacturers in the world, has hired ONTIER´s former senior associate Luis Zubiaur Precioso as Legal counsel

Luis Zubiaur Precioso (pictured) is, since November 1st, a new Legal counsel of the company Hanwha Q-Cells, after working in the Energy team of ONTIER as a senior associate.

Previously, he worked at other law firms as Herbert Smith Freehills and Deloitte Legal.

He is a Law graduate from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and he got his Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Now he will be a counsel in the Legal team for Spain of Hanwha Q Cells (commonly known as Q CELLS), a worlwide provider of renewable energy solutions. The company is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, after being founded in 1999 in Thalheim, Germany, where the company still has its engineering offices.
