PwC Tax & Legal advises on The Natural Hand´s incorporation to the Iberian Premium Fruits portfolio

PwC Tax & Legal has advised The Natural Hand, a Valencian company dedicated to the production and commercialization of top quality khakis and citrus fruits, in its incorporation to the Iberian Premium Fruits portfolio.

Iberian Premium Fruits has integrated into its group the company The Natural Hand, a Valencian company dedicated to the production and commercialization of top quality khakis and citrus fruits, with the aim of becoming the largest European leader in production and distribution, not only of premium oranges and tangerines, but also of other high value-added products.

With the incorporation of the Valencian company The Natural Hand, the group will have more than 1,200 hectares of its own production between Spain and South Africa, with a range of more than 25 varieties of oranges and mandarins, as well as khakis and other high value-added products.

PwC Tax & Legal has advised with a team formed by Juan Maldonado (director), Paloma del Moral (senior manager), Inés Sánchez (senior associate) and Manuel Ortubia (senior associate).
