PwC advises on the acquisition of Manufacturas Paulowsky
PwC Tax & Legal has advised Ube Corporation Europe in the acquisition of the manufacturer of recycled plastics, Manufacturas Paulowsky.
UBE Corporation Europe, subsidiary of the Japanese multinational UBE Corporation, has acquired a majority stake in the Spanish recycled plastics manufacturer Manufacturas Paulowsky, located in Riba-roja (Valencia).
Paulowsky uses state-of-the-art technology to produce high-quality recycled plastics such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) and has extensive experience and know-how, and its products are certified by independent organizations such as RecyClass1.
PwC Tax & Legal has advised on this deal with a legal team formed by Iván Echevarría (director) and Inés Sánchez (senior associate).
