PwC advises Gigas on €45m capital increase

PwC Tax & Legal has advised Gigas Hosting on a capital increase of €45 million through the issuance of new shares

Spain´s Gigas Hosting S.A. has announced the result of a capital increase of €45 million through the issuance of 3,314,266 new shares.

The proceeds raised are to fund the execution of the company’s growth strategy and, in particular, to fund the acquisition of customer bases in Spain and Portugal owned by several companies, including the Spanish telecom company Masmovil Ibercom, S.A., for an amount close to €35 million.
