Proença de Carvalho advises C2 Capital on investment in Exsepi

Proença de Carvalho has advised C2 Capital on its entry into the share capital of Exsepi, a Portuguese company specialized in industrial engineering, automation, and technological solutions for industry.

The transaction consisted of the acquisition of a shareholding in Exsepi’s share capital by C2 Capital, with the aim of supporting the company’s next phase of growth, strengthening its technological development capabilities and expansion in the industrial automation and engineering solutions sector.

Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Anadia, Exsepi focuses on the development, design, and installation of integrated industrial automation systems, process control, robotics, and energy efficiency solutions, operating across various industrial sectors in Portugal and in international markets.

The Proença de Carvalho team was led by André Matias de Almeida and Igor Amarii, with the participation of tax partner Bárbara Schürmann, and associates Gonçalo Poejo Grilo and Mariana Castro Pereira.
