Pérez-Llorca advises Hipoges on Servihabitat deal
Pérez-Llorca has advised Hipoges Iberia, a company controlled by Pollen Street Capital, on the acquisition of Servihabitat. The transaction was handled by a cross-practice team from the firm covering both corporate and competition matters.
