Pragma adds Luísa Campos Ferreira as tax partner

Pragma Advogados has appointed Luísa Campos Ferreira as partner within its tax law department, joining from JPAB – José Pedro Aguiar-Branco Advogados. The move reunites Luísa Campos Ferreira with Ricardo Codeço in the joint leadership of the department.

Luísa Campos Ferreira focuses her practice on tax law, advising companies, investors, and private clients on fiscal solutions aligned with their strategic and business objectives. Her career includes senior legal roles within national and multinational groups, giving her knowledge of corporate realities and the tax challenges associated with management, growth, and internationalisation.

She has particular experience in ongoing tax advisory to businesses, acting on corporate reorganisation, investment, financing, and international expansion transactions, accompanying clients from strategy definition through to practical implementation. She also regularly handles tax litigation, representing clients in complex fiscal disputes at administrative, judicial, and arbitral stages, and advises investors and high-net-worth individuals on international taxation, wealth planning, and cross-border mobility.
