PRA merges with Porto firm JDS

Portuguese law firm PRA-Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados has integrated Porto-based JDS Advogados.

 

As a result of the merger, JDS Advogados partner Joana de Sá will become a partner at PRA-Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados and will head up the firm’s employment department in Porto.

PRA-Raposo, Sá Miranda and Associados now has 15 partners and more than one hundred professionals. It has offices in Lisbon, Porto, Algarve, Azores and Leiria.

PRA-Raposo, Sá Miranda and Associados was formed in 2015 as a result of a merger between three law firms: Pedro Raposo & Associados, Sá Miranda & Associados, and Almeida Correia, Ney da Costa & Associados.
