PRA launches new Economic Unit for Bodily Damage

PRA-Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados has created a new Economic Unit to join the Entertainment, Pharmacy and Medicine, and Transport existing ones

The rights arising from severe bodily harm require a high level of experience and rigour in their approach since they are continually evolving as a result of legislative activity, jurisprudential practice and doctrinal production.

To tackle this situation PRA-Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados created an Economic Unit for Bodily Damage, taking into account the type of cases and the difficulties that these processes represent for those who have to face them. The unit will be led by senior associate Afonso Duarte (pictured). He has been developing this preferential area of activity for over a decade, acting in cases involving severe bodily harm.
