Portuguese firms Pedro Raposo, Sá Miranda and Almeida Correia merge

Three Portuguese law firms have merged to form a new entity called PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, RL.

The new firm has been established as a result of the combination of Pedro Raposo & Associados, Sá Miranda & Associados, and Almeida Correia, Ney da Costa & Associados.

The new firm consists of more than 100 professionals working across 10 practice areas.

A PRA statement said the firms had merged because of their “shared values and goals” and that by joining together they would “boost synergies”.
