PLMJ advises on diamond concession in Angola
The team from PLMJ and PLMJ Colab Angola – RVA Advogados advised the Jean Boulle Group on the development of the N’Dumba concession (for the prospecting, exploration, and commercialization of diamonds) in Luanda, Angola. The concession will be operated by a joint venture between the Jean Boulle Group and Angola’s National Diamond Company.
The multidisciplinary team of lawyers was led by Renata Valenti, partner at PLMJ Colab – RVA Advogados and PLMJ, and Rúben Brigolas, senior consultant at PLMJ, with the participation of Orlando Buta, associate at RVA Advogados, and Carolina Inverno Branco, associate at PLMJ, among other lawyers from different practice areas.
