PLMJ advises Grupo Impresa on the sale of its shares in Vasp and Lusa
PLMJ has assisted with the sale of Grupo Impresa´s Vasp and Lusa assets to the Bel Group
PLMJ advised Grupo Impresa on the sale of 33.33 per cent of the share capital of Vasp – Distribuidora de Publações, SA, and 22.35 per cent of the share capital of Lusa – Agência de Notícias de Portugal, SA. Both stakes were acquired by the company Páginas Civilizadas, Lda., which belongs to the Bel Group.
The conclusion of the two transactions, still subject to previous conditions, will occur during the year 2021.
