PLMJ advises banks on Greenvolt capital increase
PLMJ advised the banking syndicate coordinated by BNP Paribas and Santander and which includes CaixaBank, MedioBanca, JB Capital Markets and Caixa BI on the capital increase of around 100 million, through a public offer for the sale of subscription rights for 17,792,576 new shares and the respective admission to trading on a regulated market.
PLMJ’s team was led by coordinating partner André Figueiredo (pictured right) and partner Raquel Azevedo (pictured left), both from the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practice area and also counted on the support of João Marques Mendes, joint coordinating partner of the Energy practice area and Rita Sacadura Orvalho, senior consultant of the Banking Banking and Finance and Capital Markets and Rita Romão, senior associate in the same the same area.
The team also included Rui Vasconcelos Pinto, an associate in the Public area, Joana Marques dos Reis, senior associate in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets area, João Terrinha associate in the same area and Diogo Madeira Canário, trainee lawyer.
Greenvolt is one of Europe’s largest companies in the field of large-scale solar and wind

confirming the high interest of investors in Greenvolt’s expansion project.
