Pinsent Masons has advised proptech Clikalia on its entry as majority shareholder of Inmho, which was advised by Avego Abogados

Pinsent Masons has advised proptech Clikalia on its entry as majority shareholder of Inmho, a leading property management company in Spain, a strategic transaction that forms part of its expansion process in Spain.

The transaction involved KPMG and Pinsent Masons as financial and legal advisors to the buyer, respectively, and the law firm Avego Abogados, advising Inmho.

Pinsent Masons partner Diego Lozano (pictured left), together with senior associate Rafael Durán, led the advice to Clikalia.

Avego Abogados advises Inmho with a team that included Corporate partner Marta Gómez-Luengo Carrobles (pictured right), and lawyers Mª Estrella Arroyo Domínguez and Jorge Grijalvo Corao.
