Pinsent Masons advises Oesía on the acquisition of INSTER
Pinsent Masons has advised the Spanish firm, Grupo Oesía, on the acquisition of INSTER.
With more than 45 years of experience, Grupo Oesía is a spanish multinational company specialised in industrial (tecnobit) and digital (Oesía networks) engineering. It has more than 3,200 professionals and specialises in the development of projects for clients in 25 countries in Europe, America and Asia.
On the other hand, INSTER is a technology and engineering company that designs, develops and manufactures innovative products and solutions for the defence, security and telecommunications sectors.
The team from Pinsent Masons advising Grupo Oesía was formed by the partner, Antonio Sánchez Montero (pictured left) and the senior associate, Olimpia Ortega (pictured right).
