Across Legal advises Hdiv on its sale to Datalog
Across Legal has advised Hdiv Security in the purchase of the Basque startup by the american Datadog.
Hdiv Security delivers continuous security that natively integrates into all stages of the software lifecycle, automating application security. Hdiv’s unified application security platform accurately finds security vulnerabilities and protects applications, microservices, and APIs from a broad range of attacks and exploits, including those that can be considered design flaws.
The acquisition represents a divestment for spanish venture capital fund Adara Ventures, which entered the startup in 2018 leading a financing round.
The Across Legal’s Partner, Iván Moll (pictured), was in charge of advising Hdiv on this deal.
