Pinsent Masons advises Equitix on Enersol sale
Equitix has sold a stake in Enersol, a solar portfolio located in Spain, to Velto Renewables. Pinsent Masons acted as legal adviser to Equitix on the transaction, with the firm’s energy practice handling the matter.
