Pinsent Masons has advised the shareholders of Toboggan Corporate Group in the divestiture of the company to a group of investors. Toboggan Corporate Group is a Spanish audiovisual production services and infrastructure group founded in 2017, operating across TV shows and other productions where its crew combines creative and technical capabilities.
