Phoenix Tower International promotes Alberto Vilalta Duce

Phoenix Tower International has promoted Alberto Vilalta Duce to senior associate general counsel in its M&A team in Madrid.

Experience

Vilalta joined the company in 2024 as associate general counsel, where he has been involved in corporate and M&A transactions within the group.

Prior to joining Phoenix Tower International, he worked at Linklaters as an associate in the corporate/M&A practice. He also gained experience at Roca Junyent and PwC, advising on corporate transactions.
