Pérez-Llorca represents Quabit in EGUSA case

Pérez-Llorca advised Quabit Inmobiliaria in its victorious case against Empresa de Gestión Urbanística y Servicios de Alboraya (EGUSA), a company owned by Alboraya council.

 

As a result of winning the case, EGUSA will have to return €23.4 million that was advanced for the “UE-2 Port Saplaya” in Alboraya, a town in the province of Valencia.

In addition, EGUSA will also have to pay €2.3 million in lost interest on the principal amount.

The case began in July 2015 after Quabit sued EGUSA for breach of contract in February 2014.

The Pérez-Llorca lawyers advising Quabit were partner Félix J. Montero and senior associate Fernando Bedoya.
