Pérez-Llorca instructed by Redexis Gas on €136m Repsol transaction
Pérez-Llorca advised Redexis Gas on the acquisition of more than 71,000 liquefied petroleum gas connection points from Repsol.
The transaction was valued at €136 million, according to Mergermarket data.
The agreement is pending completion of due diligence and regulatory approval.
As a result of the deal, Redexis Gas will supply more than 600,000 connection points throughout Spain in 2016 and manage a gas distribution network spanning more than 8,700 kilometres.
Redexis Gas now covers 551 municipalities in 26 provinces in Aragon, the Balearic Islands, Andalusia, Castilla y León, Castilla-La Mancha, Valencia, Madrid, Murcia, Catalonia and Extremadura.
