Pérez Llorca and Eversheds Sutherland had advised on the acquisition of the Quadernillos retail park in Alcalá de Henares.
Pérez Llorca team had avised Proundreed and BPN Capital (buyer) and it was formed by partner Javier Muñoz, counsel Raquel Blanco and lawyers Carlos Gabaldón and Isabella Dallmau. All of them are part of the corporate department.
The seller was advised by the legal advisors of Eversheds Sutherland. The transaction has been led by real estate partner Rafael Arraez Amselem assisted by Ignacio Fraile Medina (legal director), Verónica Hinojosa (senior lawyer), Andrea Calavia Mendiola (lawyer), and our banking & finance team, led by our partner, Teresa Villarroya Vargas together with: Marta Becker (senior associate) and Eugenia García-Calzada Villar (associate).
Proudreed (MCore Group fund) together with the management company BNP Capital Partes, have closed the purchase of this commercial complex, which has 30,000 square metres. The property has been, since 2013 and until now, owned by an english family office and an investor from Qatar.
Proudreed Spain is part of MCore Group and is a British real estate group. On the other hand, BPN Capital Partners is a real estate investment platform. The joint venture will be established as an investment platform for the acquisition and management of commercial real estate assets across the Iberian Peninsula.
