KPMG advises on the acquisition and lease of five aircrafts for €200m

KPMG Abogados has advised Banco Santander as agent bank on a financing transaction via financial leasing for the acquisition and subsequent leasing of five Embraer E195-E2 model aircraft for an aggregate amount of 200 million euros.

Luis Mingo Benedicto specialised in the commercial area, began his career at KPMG in 2011. He holds a degree in law and a diploma in business administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI-ICADE) and an LLM (Master of Laws) in banking & finance law from the University of London. He had worked with spanish and international clients, advising on financial transactions, M&A and renewable energy operations.

Javier López Crespo holds a degree in law (Valencia University) and a master of laws and legal advise (IE Business School). He has worked at firms such as DLA Piper and for more than 5 years he has been part of the KPMG Abogados team, as a senior associate. He specialises in corporate law (Project & Asset Finance).
