Pérez-Llorca analyses new scenario for insolvency proceedings in arbitration seminar

Pérez-Llorca has organised the seminar ‘Arbitration and competition: challenges to make poles compatible opposites’ to analyse the new framework for restructuring and the future of insolvency proceedings. Creditors as a result of some recent changes such as the war in Ukraine, inflation or the incidents in supply chains. Participating as speakers were Ignacio Santabaya (pictured right) and Laura Ruiz (pictured left), Pérez-Llorca Litigation and Arbitration partners; Laura Carballo, Professor of Law Private International University of Vigo; and Manuel Penadés, associate professor at International Commercial Law at King’s College London and Arbitrator.
