Pérez-Llorca on the acquisition of Planasa Chinese subsidiary

Pérez-Llorca has advised Planasa, recently acquired by EW Group, in its acquisition of 100% of its subsidiary in China.

The deal

The company has closed the deal to buy the remaining 50% stake from its Chinese partners. Brothers Martin and Thomas Dabilly, with this sale, have secured full ownership of the business. The deal comes after Planasa was acquired by the German conglomerate EW Group.

The Chinese subsidiary, Meiming, specialized in the production and commercialization of blueberry varieties, will consolidate its position in the Chinese market.
