Pérez-Llorca advises Marq Logistics on €43M acquisition
Pérez-Llorca has advised Marq Logistics, the logistics real estate platform managed by Ares Management, on the purchase of two logistics warehouses located in Madrid and Barcelona. The assets were sold by Milepro Azora for a combined consideration of €43 million.
