pbbr advises Runtime Group on Finsight Labs sale

pbbr has counselled Runtime Group on the sale of Finsights Labs to US company iCapital

pbbr advised the technological company Runtime Group on the sale of its Portuguese subsidiary Finsights Labs, Unipessoal, Lda. to iCapital Network.

Finsight Labs, a product development company with around 65 employees, thus reinforces the growth strategy of iCapital, a financial technology platform with global implantation that drives access and efficiency in alternative investments for the asset and wealth management sectors.

pbbr team was led by Technology, Media and Telecoms partner Carina Branco (pictured), who coordinated a multidisciplinary team which involved Labour associate Inês Oom Sacadura, TMT associate Maria Abreu Ferreira, and Corporate & M&A trainee Bernardo Cortes.
