Paula Segura joins Crowe’s Legal team

The firm led by Jordi Bech in Spain, Crowe Legal y Tributario, has hired Paula Segura (pictured) as a commercial and transactions partner.

Paula Segura holds a law degree from Esade and a master’s degree in business law from the same institution. She has spent more than 21 years of her professional career at PwC, with a special focus on corporate transactions and restructurings.

Nowadays, she specialises in providing legal and commercial advice to national and international clients, with extensive experience in investments, acquisitions and corporate restructuring operations.
At this new stage, Paula Segura will lead the corporate department together with the current partner of the firm, Olga del Castillo.

Crowe Legal currently has legal and tax, audit and consulting divisions, with more than 470 professionals and a turnover of more than 42.6 million euros in Spain. More specifically, on the legal and tax area, the firm had a turnover of 22.1 million euros in 2021, which represents a growth of 8.3% compared to 2020.
