Allen & Overy advises on the acquisition of Movetia Digital
The international law firm, Allen & Overy, has advised Vass Consultoría de Sistemas on the acquisition of Movetia Digital.
Vass Consultoría de Sistemas is a Spain-based provider of digital transformation, cloud infrastructure and managed IT solutions. The company offers digital solutions and has 20 locations (Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Japan, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, UK and USA) on 5 continents and a team of more than 3,400 people.
Movetia, founded in 2011 and based in Barcelona, offers a wide range of services that cover all the digital needs of corporations, with extensive experience in digital strategy, and in the design, implementation and development of digital solutions for the financial and automotive sectors.
