Andersen Portugal appoints Patrícia Vinagre e Silva as new partner
Andersen Portugal has reinforced the public law area with the hiring of Patrícia Vinagre e Silva as partner, and Bruna Faria Bilro and Andreia Soares Ferreira as associates, as well as David Amado and Rodrigo Cunha.
Andersen Portugal announced today the hiring of Patrícia Vinagre e Silva as partner, to lead the firm’s Public Law practice area. With more than 20 years of experience, he transitioned from VdA to Gouveia Pereira, Costa Freitas & Associados, where she was responsible for the same practice area for more than 14 years.
With a degree in Law from the Catholic University of Lisbon and a Master’s in Administrative Law (pre-Bologna) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, Patrícia Vinagre e Silva has consolidated her career in the area of public law, which started more than 20 years ago, having specialised in areas of public law, namely in matters related to european funds, public procurement and expenditure, administrative litigation and town and country planning.
Patrícia Vinagre e Silva combines a experience in advising private clients as well as several public entities, namely in the State Business Sector, Public Institutes, General Directorates and Operational Programmes linked to QREN and Portugal 2020. Her professional career also includes the practice of law at Vieira de Almeida & Associados (VdA).
Andersen will also integrate Bruna Faria Bilro and Andreia Soares Ferreira as associates, as well as the trainees David Amado and Rodrigo Cunha, who also moved from GPA.
