Pares advises on investment in Lxbio Pharmaceuticals

Pares advised the Portugal Panorama Capital and Innovation, Research & Creativity funds, managed by FundBox, on the acquisition of and investment in Lxbio Pharmaceuticals. The operation has the objective of promoting development in priority therapeutic areas, namely severe infections, eye diseases and oncology, states Pares.

The team involved in this transaction was led by Tiago Gama (partner), with the support of Duarte Canotilho (senior associate, financial law) and Pedro Alves Coelho (associate, commercial and corporate).
