PAI Partners advised by Pérez-Llorca on Grupo Konecta deal
Private equity firm PAI Partners was advised by Pérez-Llorca on the acquisition of a 40 per cent stake in business process outsourcing (BPO) provider Grupo Konecta.
The deal was valued at €130 million, according to Mergermarket data.
The transaction is expected to be finalised before the end of this year.
Konecta is a leading BPO and contact center service provider in Spain and also has a significant presence in Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Argentina.
The company is expected to record revenues of around €500 million in 2015. It has approximately 25,000 employees.
PAI is a European private equity firm with offices in Paris, London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan, Munich and Stockholm. It manages a total of €7.7 billion worth of private equity assets.
The sellers – Banco Santander, Liberty Seguros, Compania de Seguros y Reaseguros – were advised by Uría Menéndez on the deal, according to Mergermarket.
