Osborne Clarke advises on Cofrai’s €2.6M funding round

Osborne Clarke Spain has advised DFF Ventures and Swanlaab Venture Factory on a €2.6 million funding round for Cofrai, a company specialising in the digitalisation of fire protection maintenance.

Cofrai is developing technology to transform fire protection maintenance by automating operational processes, reducing regulatory risks and improving the technical management of its clients. The new funding, combined with the acquisition and integration of A&C, will strengthen the company’s offering by bringing together technology and specialised technical training.

The transaction forms part of Cofrai’s strategy to develop its services in the fire protection maintenance sector, where digital tools can help companies streamline operations and manage regulatory requirements.

Osborne Clarke’s venture capital team in Spain advised on the transaction, with a team comprising David Nava, Maria Dominguez and Javier Sanjuán.
