Ortego & Cameno advises B2group on Derten deal
B2group, a technology services platform backed by the private equity fund Queka Real Partners and comprising Smartgroup, B2com and Datos 101, has completed the acquisition of Derten, a technology company specialised in cybersecurity, managed IT services and management systems consultancy. B2group was backed by Ortego y Cameno on this operation.
B2group operates across telecommunications, cloud and cybersecurity solutions aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. The integration of Derten into B2group will take place under the leadership of Datos 101 within its cloud and cybersecurity division, expanding the group’s technological infrastructure and reinforcing its capabilities in cybersecurity, managed IT services and management systems consultancy, states the law firm.
