Ontier integrates DG LAW and appoints its founder
Ontier has integrated the firm DG LAW and has appointed its founder, Daniel Gutiérrez Bernardo (pictured), in the area of innovation and digital economy.
Through this incorporation, the firm seeks to strengthen its position in the market to offer a more complete and specialised service in cutting-edge technological sectors, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, virtual reality and metaverse.
Daniel Gutiérrez Bernardo holds a law degree from the University of Oviedo, a master’s degree in law from the University of Oviedo, a master’s degree in legal consultancy from IE Law School and a master’s degree in sports law and management from ISDE Law School.
He also has seven years of professional experience in different positions of responsibility. In 2021 he was awarded as one of the best 50 lawyers under 35 in Spain & Portugal by Iberian Lawyer, he is a member of the International Bar Association and the International Technology Law Association since 2018, and of the National Venture Capital Institute since 2021.
In addition, Gutiérrez Bernardo has years of experience in M&A transactions aimed at start-ups involving business angels and national and international venture capital funds, national and international commercial contracts, advising digital businesses on issues related to intellectual property and in sectors as relevant to the economy as those associated with the audiovisual world, entertainment and sport.
