Pinsent Masons advises on Fundeen’s first project financed by crowlending

Pinsent Masons has advised Fundeen on a €1,450,000 project finance of a 2.45 MWp photovoltaic installation located in Zuera, Zaragoza and promoted by Grupo Diggia.

This is the first senior loan offered by Fundeen for a small-scale generation project, which will be financed through crowdlending, boosting the territorial and social cohesion of this type of project.

Fundeen is a FinTech platform that allows citizens to invest in environmentally sustainable projects and receive returns on their investments. The firm seeks to enable projects to obtain funding without having to resort to traditional formulas, promoting collective mobilisation in the service of environmentally and economically sustainable initiatives.

The team from Pinsent Masons advising Fundeen was formed by the senior associate, Javier Alagón (pictured left), the associate, Jesús Priego (pictured right), and the lawyers, Pedro Gila, Fernando Aldavero and Diana González.
