Ontier in the financing granted to Batz for €12m
Ontier has advised the Fondo de Recapitalización de Empresas Afectadas por la Covid-19 (FONREC), managed by COFIDES, in the financing granted to Batz, Sociedad Cooperativa for an amount of €12 million.
Throughout this year, Ontier has advised COFIDES in six corporate finance transactions to different spanish companies for an aggregate amount of approximately €100 million.
The Ontier team advising COFIDES on these transactions was led by the managing partner of the banking & finance department Álvaro Barro (pictured), assisted by lawyers Esteban Cuyás, Luis Carretero, Pablo García – Foncillas, María Gardeta and Antón Zamorano.
